Cinnamon Banana Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a wide-mouthed Mason jar except the banana and shake.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the AM, slice fresh banana over the top and stir.
  4. Enjoy.
